In the first course of action, we will proceed to contact the Contributor to fix it within 3 business days. If this action is not possible or it takes longer, we will go for a refund if the following conditions are fulfilled.
Eligibility for a refund:
- A request has been submitted to BIMicon@hotmail.com within 7 days after the purchase.
- The product does not match its description or preview images in a very significant and clear manner.
- Crucial model parts, details, textures or files are missing.
When requesting a refund or repair, please, indicate the purchase order number, and the problem encountered.
After receiving a refund request, BIMicon commits to process the request within 5 business days.
In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
